A naive estimate of the ratio of the rotational constant B

_{e }to the vibrational constant w_{e }for a diatomic molecule is B_{e}/w_{e}~(m/m)^{1/2}, where m is the mass of the electron, and m is the reduced mass of the two atoms. Examine the tables of molecular constants (2-3 molecules would be enough!), and compare the experimental data with the result of the naive estimate.
